This course is required for Texas license holders and deals with the more recent laws and rules specific to the state and the federal government. This includes learning about common omissions by sales agents and brokers, recent property legislation in Texas, amended approved forms for contracts, recent non-compliance issues for agents, and reforms in the financial sector.

This is part II of the course required for REALTOR® re-certification and deals with recent laws and court decisions impacting Texas license holders. It includes learning about common pitfalls experienced by license holders, ethics issues, updated agency law, tax laws, and other topics of interest in the real estate business in Texas today.
