This course delves into the work of generating business in the real estate world. From initial contacts to advertising, this module guides the full time real estate licensee as they seek buyers and sellers to represent. From managing data bases to canvasing neighborhoods, this course seeks to help the broker who is wanting success in his or her community. A particular focus is on the new millennial buyers who are entering the market now and the digital tools available for building one’s professional contacts.

This course meets the NAR  Code of Ethics requirement.
