It will cover various topics from legal definitions to technology to contractual relationships. The overall goal is to inform licensed agents of how to best assist their clients as they consider one of the most important purchases they will ever make. Be prepared to take notes as there will be chapter quizzes to test your knowledge.

This course covers many different topics that come up during the buying process. It starts with early steps like initial contacts and buyer interviews, leading all the way up to escrow and closing. Also, covered in between are legal aspects as well as technology and contractual relationships.

Lead Generation

This course delves into the work of generating business in the real estate world. From initial contacts to advertising, this module guides the full time REALTOR® as they seek buyers and sellers to represent. From managing data bases to canvasing neighborhoods, this course seeks to help the broker who is wanting success in his or her community. A particular focus is on the new millennial buyers who are entering the market now and the digital tools available for building one’s professional contacts.
