Yes, all the courses offered are certified and licensed by the state. Interact CE has gone to great lengths to ensure all course material meets the state requirements. The state certificate number is shown in the product select screen.
The courses are not computer or device dependent. If you have a modern internet browser that is HTML5 compatible, the course will work.
We offer multiple course options with hours over the full spectrum. If you need a specific number of hours, give us a call (425) 332-6447 and we’ll help you out.
When you select the course you wish to sign up for, you will go to a screen that ask for your name, email address and credit card number. We do not store your credit card number and all transactions are handled by an internationally recognized credit card processing firm that is known for their security.
We do not store any private information other than your name, email and password. All information is transmitted using the latest encryption technology.
Refunds can be requested from email@example.com. Refunds are available until the course certificate is issued or 30 days, whichever comes first.
Your password can be reset on the login screen here. If you cannot remember the email address you signed up with, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (425) 332-6447.
Help with purchasing a product via email is email@example.com. Help using the product or questions about the course certificate can be obtained vie email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Help can also be obtained by calling us directly at (425) 332-6447 from 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday Pacific standard/daylight time.
At the end of the of course, an option will be presented to have the certificate issued. A form will ask for new information such as license number and license expiration date. After completion, your certificate will be instantly available as a pdf link that downloads to your computer. These links will also be emailed to you.
